Delivery time period:

  • The standard delivery duration within Pakistan is 2-5 working days (Sundays are not included).
    • The delivery time for selected collections may vary. 
  • Free delivery within Pakistan.
  • We are shipping worldwide.

Note: The shipping timeline may change during any Festive days.

 

Refund Policy:

If the article received is damaged in any way, it will be exchanged with any other article within the same price range available on the website.

 

Do you offer a refund?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds, however, in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund.

 

Exchange policy:

You have to let us know within 15 days after the delivery to claim for the exchange if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached
  • The product received does not match the ordered size
  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders, please contact our complaint management team on Whatsapp: +923292744446

 

How do I apply for an Exchange?

  • You have to contact us on Whatsapp, we have an exchange process of 7-10 working days. You have to send the article back to us via any courier service with the original TCS slip that came with the order. Once the article is received, your exchange process begins.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Ally's will bear the delivery charges for re-sending the parcel 
  • During busy periods (Festive holidays), exchange will be extended.
