How do I apply for an Exchange?
- You have to contact us on Whatsapp, we have an exchange process of 7-10 working days. You have to send the article back to us via any courier service with the original TCS slip that came with the order. Once the article is received, your exchange process begins.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Allys will bear the delivery charges for re-sending the parcel
- During busy periods (Festive holidays), exchange will be extended.
