Delivery Policy All bridal dresses are customised and made to order. Please allow 40 days from the date of order confirmation for your dress to be completed and ready for delivery. Payment Procedure 65% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining 35% balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy:
If the article received is damaged in any way, it will be exchanged with any other article within the same price range available on the website.
Exchange policy:
You have to let us know within 15 days after the delivery to claim for the exchange if:
- The product is damaged
- The product must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached
- The product received does not match the ordered size

How do I apply for an Exchange?
- You have to contact us on Whatsapp, we have an exchange process of 7-10 working days. You have to send the article back to us via any courier service with the original TCS slip that came with the order. Once the article is received, your exchange process begins.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Allys will bear the delivery charges for re-sending the parcel
- During busy periods (Festive holidays), exchange will be extended.
